Email Allocation & Response Time Report
This report allows dealerships to measure how effective their team are at allocating email leads to their sales team, and then replying to these leads (either through changing the progress to EMAIL SENT, or sending an AutoPlay Email Response via the app). This report will detail the Average, Slowest and Fastest Response times as well as detailing response time for every email lead received during the period.
