Change a Contact Directly on a Lead (SPW-8444)

A recent update introduces a feature enabling users to change a contact directly from a lead. To access this option, users must possess appropriate permissions within the dealership's Role Management system. They will be able to search through existing contacts already stored in the dealership address book.



Enhanced Match and Merge Similar Leads Function (SPW-8570)

Expanding on the current Match and Merge Similar leads feature, we've enhanced it to offer dealerships greater refinement in matching Lead Types. Specifically tailored with the new AutoPlay Call Capture functionality in focus, dealership accounts can now set individual match and merge preferences based on the type of ingested lead. More on how this can be configured and provisioned HERE



Wholesale Quote Submissions via Email (SPW-8607)

Building on from the existing SMS functionality where a wholesaler can be sent a link that will bring up a form detailing the appraisal specifications and images and an option to submit a quote, this has been expanded to also be used via email



Default Auto Complete on Test Drives (SPW-8689)

To save users from manually selecting Auto Complete on each test drive, a new setting has been created that will have this option pre-populated. This is a dealership-wide setting that is applied on all Test Drives.



Improvements to  In Market Leads Communications (SPW-8535)

In Market Lead matches can now be contacted directly from the matched record screen with quick buttons that mirror the options available from on the lead directly



Improved Deleted User Settings Checks (SPW-8524)

There is now an enhanced option available that can be applied to a dealership account that does some enhanced checks on a user that is being marked as deleted. This will now prompt for a range of settings that the selected user is attached to that will need to be updated before they can be deleted.




Bulk Allocated Lead Actions Now Prompt For Summary Email (SPW-8523)

When a user is bulk allocating leads, this process will now have an option to 'Send User Lead Allocation Notification'. This will send a summary email to the recipient of the leads that they have been assigned X amount of leads. 



Additional Information on Listing Selection (SPW-8488)

We have now added both Drive Train and Transmission to the vehicle select screen to allow more visibility to the user when having to choose between similarly marked listings.


Appraisal Declaration Read Only Status (SPW-8496)

Appraisal Declarations can now be set up to be Read Only in the AutoPlay interface, this will still allow integrations and the AP Lead API to make amendments to these, but users input will be restricted.



Available To Order (Trade Me only field) (SPW-8639)

A new field available to dealership to advertise on Trade Me is the 'Available to Order' option. This is essentially marking the vehicle as a virtual listing, and may not be physically available at present, but can still be ordered new.



Custom Field Dynamic Tags for Automations (SPW-8695)

Custom Lead Fields are now able to be referenced through Automations 

@[CUSTOMFIELD_xxx]


Automation Time Frames (SPW-8837)

We have added several new time frame options to aid with different dealership and OEM workflows. The Selectable time frames that have been added are 45 minutes, 4 Months and 5 Months. These are to complement the existing options available



Write Up Accessories Can Now Be Ordered (SPW-8554)

Write Up Accessories are now able to be ordered in appearance on both the write up form and also the printed write up form



Assorted Bug Fixes and Improvements

  1. (SPW-8817) Role Management yard display issues resolved
  2. (SPW-8816) Some values were unable to be removed and saved from specific record types
  3. (VDP-254) Updates to the Horizontal search bar text size
  4. (SPW-8766) OEM Brand dashboard filters showing incorrectly
  5. (SPW-8755) Geo-blocking was enabled on the AP servers
  6. (SPW-8743) Duplicated make for 'MG' caused issues with write up accessories
  7. (SPW-8719) OCR scans were still able to be run when roles were not active on the account
  8. (SPW-8718) Individual Tall Bob SMS IDs are now held in AP to use for a compiled billing report
  9. (SPW-8645) Auction Online logo updated
  10. (VDP-249) Sort Option is now required to build a VDP script
  11. (SPW-8473) Inactive users are not able to earn reward points, minimum activity has been enforced
  12. (SPW-8693) Some appraisal email tags were not generating the data correctly in communications

Many dealers estimate that between 30% to 40% of their leads originate from phone leads, yet most dealers are not doing anything in order to capture those leads – resulting in a big ol’ blackhole impacting on dealers marketing and lead management decision making.  AutoPlay has collaborated with Avanser to allow dealerships and OEM's to automatically capture phone leads to their AutoPlay Sales Pipeline Dashboard - giving our customers the full picture of lead activity.

Dealerships can purchase from 1 to 100 phone numbers via AutoPlay to help them get a true measure of the results of their marketing activity.  Whilst Avanser’s services are most powerful when using a unique number for each of your marketing channels, AutoPlay can also offer a low-cost option of just one number which could cost less than $200-$300 p.m depending on the volume and minutes of calls received every month.

AutoPlay have recently completed a integration with Impel Sales AI that allows dealerships that utilise AutoPlay Sales Pipeline to kick of an automated Sales AI run by Impel AI to communicate with their customers.  With this integration any lead captured within AutoPlay is pushed to Impel AI, who then will automatically communicate and nurture your leads through towards a sale – at which point will hand off qualified and ready-to-buy customers to your sales team.
