If a User does not have the Yard Admin role at all they cannot see My Yards.

If a User has the Yard Admin role they can view the list of Yards but cannot edit anything.

If the User has the Yard Admin role and is ticked as a Manager then they can view individual yards, edit individual yards and delete yards they are manager of.

A User with just the Yard Admin role will not be able to create a new Yard.  You can only add a brand new Yard if you are set up as a Manager in the Company Admin role.  Those users can add a new Yard by clicking on the + button in the grey action menu.  Company Admins can also edit the Yards without requiring the Yard Admin Role.

All Users see the My Details screen in Profile and main navigation menu. This screen goes straight to the View/Edit User screen for the logged in user. If an AutoPlay #1 User the My Details screen is your own details until impersonating a user.
