Automation - Calendar Event Completed, Created or No Show

On selection of the following Trigger Types:
  1. Calendar Event Completed
  2. Calendar Event Created
  3. Calendar Event No Show


Communications

Once the Trigger filters have been determined the following Communications types can be selected.  Depending on the Type selected there are delay, template and user type options that need to be selected.  
  1. Email Notification
    1. After (From 30 minutes to 1 Year)
    2. Template (Select from available templates)
    3. Subject (free text)
    4. Text  (free text)
    5. User Type (Lead Managers, Lead Owner, Users)
  1. Email Response
    1. After (From 30 minutes to 1 Year)
    2. Standard Response (Select from all Available Standard Responses)
    3. Recipient Type (Customer or Recipients)
    4. If Recipient Type selected, add email address(es)
  1. In App Notification 
    1. After (From 30 minutes to 1 Year)
    2. Subject (free text)
    3. Text (free text)
    4. User Type (Lead Managers, Lead Owner, Users)
  1. SMS Message
    1. After (From 30 minutes to 1 Year)
    2. Text  (free text)
    3. Recipeint Type (Customer or Recipients)
    4. If Recipient Type selected, add mobile numbers
  1. SMS Notification
    1. After (From 30 minutes to 1 Year)
    2. Text (free text)
    3. User Type (Lead Managers, Lead Owner, Users)
  1. SMS Response
    1. After (From 30 minutes to 1 Year)
    2. Standard Response (Select from all Available Standard Responses)
    3. Recipeint Type (Customer or Recipients)
    4. If Recipient Type selected, add mobile numbers

 


Brakes

There are a number of Brake Types that can be selected which will 'stop' the Triggers.  One or many Brake types can be selected. 
  1. Calendar Event Completed
  2. Calendar Event Completed or No Show
  3. Calendar Event Created
  4. Calendar Event No Show
  5. Customer Sent Email or SMS or Click to Call
  6. Calendar Event Created
  7. Customer Sent Email Campaign
  8. Customer Sent Email or SMS or Click To Call
  9. Customer SMS or Email Recieved
  10. Form Created
  11. Lead Closed Lost
  12. Lead Closed Won
  13. Lead Updated
  14. Progress Updated

   

Yards, Sources, Campaigns, Makes

By default, these are set to All Yards, with the option of selecting one or many.
