How To Create A Lead, Test Drive, Loan Vehicle or Prospect From A Contact Record

When viewing a Contact via the Address Book it's possible to use this as the starting point for creating an interaction with a Contact record.  To do so select the + button in the grey action menu.  There will be options to;

1. Email - allows the user to send an AutoPlay Email Response without having to first create a lead. Click HERE for more details
2. Lead - will take you to the New Lead screen with customer details already populated. Click HERE for more details
   
3. Test Drive - will take you to the new Test Drive screen with details already populated. Click HERE for more details
   
4. Loan Vehicle - will take you to the New Loan Vehicle screen with customer details already populated.  Click HERE for more details
   
5. Prospect - Dealers/Users who have the 'Create Prospects role also see the Prospect option.  This will take them to the  New Prospect screen with customer details already populated.  Click HERE for more details.
