Overview - Prospect & CRM
Not all customer interactions qualify as Leads. Certain Prospecting or CRM Follow Up Activity would be inappropriate to be displayed within the Lead Dashboard. In order to avoid cluttering the Dashboard you can manage your Prospect & CRM Follow Up in the 'Prospect Activity' screen.
