AutoPlay is entering a new chapter. Over the coming months you'll see a refreshed look take shape across Autoplayauto.com: cleaner, more considered, and built around the way your team actually spends its day. This release is the first quiet signal of that shift, with dashboards that bend to your workflow rather than the reverse, and details that surface exactly where you'd expect to find them. There's a great deal still ahead. For now, here's what's already landed.
New Features
Test Drive Wizard
Take a customer from driver licence capture to a signed test drive in one guided flow. The Test Drive Wizard walks through vehicle selection with conflict warnings that stop you double-booking a car already out with someone else, second driver details, declarations, and on-screen or SMS signing for both the privacy statement and terms and conditions.

Lead Dashboard Swimlane View (SPW-14146)
The Lead Dashboard now offers a Swimlane view alongside the existing List view. Leads display as cards arranged into vertical lanes that match your sales pipeline stages, so you can see progression across the whole pipeline at a glance instead of scrolling a flat list. Card data matches what you already see in List view.

Listing Grid Cards (SPW-14148)
Listings in Grid view now use the same card style as the new Lead Dashboard. Each vehicle's front face shows its photo, price, year, make, model, variant, and stock number, with badges for photo count, active leads, and current test drive or loan status. Flip a card to see yard, body, transmission, fuel type, and key dates, plus quick actions to add a lead, create a test drive, or view the full listing. Multi-select mode lets you tick individual cards to build a selection for bulk actions.

Reorder Lead Detail Panels (SPW-14159)
You can now drag and drop the panels on the Lead Details screen to arrange them in the order that suits how you work. The layout you choose is remembered, so you don't have to scroll past sections you rarely use to get to the ones you check first.

Lead Detail Communications Section (SPW-14157)
Lead Detail now shows a clearer, chat-style thread of a lead's communications history in one place, including calls initiated directly from the record. You no longer need to jump between accordions to see how and when a lead was last contacted.

Restrict Who Can Re-Open Closed Leads (SPW-13824)
A new role setting lets you limit who can re-open a Closed Won or Closed Lost lead. When "Only Lead Managers Can Re-Open Leads" is turned on for a role, only users marked as a manager on a qualifying role will see the re-open action — everyone else has it hidden from the lead's action header.
