The Listing Dashboard now gives you two ways to view your stock: the familiar List view, and a redesigned Grid view built around listing cards.
Grid view has had a full visual refresh. Every listing is now a self-contained card showing the vehicle photo, key specification, pricing, lead activity and stock identifiers at a glance — and each card flips over to reveal a second face with deeper detail and quick actions.
The List / Grid toggle sits directly above the results on the left-hand side. Searching, filtering and sorting work identically in both views, so nothing you already know about finding stock changes here.
The front of the card is designed to answer "what is this vehicle, and is anything happening on it?" without you needing to open anything.
The vehicle image fills the top of the card, with a photo count in the bottom-right corner showing how many images are attached. Where a listing has no photos yet, an "Image Coming Soon" placeholder is displayed instead.
Status banners appear across the top-right of the image. If the vehicle is out on Test Drive or Loan, or has an Advertising campaign applied, the relevant banner is shown. Pending, On Hold and Sold vehicles are also indicated over the image.
The title and subtitle give you year, make and model, with the variant underneath.
Specification chips replace the old text columns. Odometer, condition, fuel type, transmission, drivetrain, seats, body style and colour each appear as their own chip, so you can scan a row of cards for the right spec very quickly. Chips are only drawn where the data exists, so cards stay tidy on partially completed listings.
The price row shows the current asking price in red. Where a vehicle has been repriced, the previous price sits alongside it with a strikethrough, and any "plus ORC" note appears directly beneath.
The leads badge on the right of the price row is new. If a listing has open leads against it, the count is displayed here. No badge means no open leads — so you can see at a glance which stock is generating enquiry.
Stock No and Rego are pinned at the bottom of the card in a two-column block, so they're always in the same place on every card.
Every card carries two controls in its footer.
View Listing opens the full Listing Detail screen, exactly as clicking a row does in List view.
The circular button beside it flips the card over to the Listing Detail face. Click it again to flip back. Cards flip independently, so you can leave several open at once while you work through the grid.
Flipping a card reveals the Listing Detail face. Any Listing Labels attached to the vehicle appear at the top in their assigned colour, and the leads badge carries across from the front.
Below the labels is a specification list covering Yard, Body, Transmission, Drive, Seats, Fuel and Colour. The list scrolls within the card if there is more detail than fits.
Underneath sit the stock ageing figures. In Stock shows how many days the vehicle has been in stock, colour-coded so ageing units stand out: standard for anything under 60 days, amber from 60 days, and red once the vehicle passes 90 days. Last Updated and Created give you the listing's maintenance history alongside it.
The two outlined buttons on the card back let you start work on a vehicle without leaving the dashboard.
Add Lead opens the New Lead window with the vehicle already attached as the Primary Listing, so you only need to add the customer detail.
Create Test Drive takes you to the Add New Test Drive screen with the listing already linked to the booking.
Both views run off the same search, filters and sorting, so it comes down to what you're trying to do.
Grid view is the better choice for browsing and merchandising. Because every card leads with the photo, it's the fastest way to check image quality and coverage across your stock, spot vehicles missing photos, and see which units are attracting leads or are currently out on test drive. The flip-over detail and the Add Lead and Create Test Drive shortcuts also make it well suited to working the floor.
List view remains the better choice for data work. It presents Yard, Stock No, Rego, Year, Make, Model, Variant, Odometer, Price, Trade Me status and Updated as sortable columns, making it much easier to compare a large number of vehicles field by field, audit pricing, or check export status in bulk. Days in stock is shown here too, beneath the Updated date.
In short: use Grid when you want to look at the cars, and List when you want to look at the data.
