A new module has been introduced to complement the appraisal form and the Vehicle Appraisal Manager Approval role, offering a dedicated function that enables a separate reconditioning team to approve any necessary remedial work costs identified during an appraisal. Read more HERE
Contact Labels - SPW-9064
Expanding on the current Listing and Lead label functionality, this feature now allows labels to be directly attached to an AutoPlay customer. As a result, customers can be easily filtered in the address book or targeted in a database campaign for more focused marketing efforts. Read more HERE
Attachments Can Be Added Directly To A Listing - SPW-9599
A new option is now available in AutoPlay that allows attachments to be stored directly within a listing.
New Analytics Widget Views - AR-538
New "View By" options have been added to the Daily Activity Performance chart, allowing it to be viewed as either a monthly or weekly statistic. The chart continues to display a comparison with the previous period.
Trade Me Export - Image Count and Limit for exports - SPW-9635
To assist dealers in managing their listing images for TM, we have added an image number and image count feature to the listings screen. This helps ensure that the TM limit of 20 images per listing is adhered to.
Trade Me Export - Trade Me Export Screen New Filter Options - SPW-9705
The Trade Me Export Screen has been updated with a new filter option, enabling users to utilize the multi-select function for listing status.
Trade Me Export - Pending Banner Is Shown On Trade Me Export Screen - SPW-9645
To align the Trade Me export screen with the Listings Dashboard, listings with a Pending status now display a banner across the listing image.
VDP Lead Notification Email To Follow Yard Email First - VDP-291
If a customer chooses to apply the email notification setting on their VDP page, which operates independently of the Sales Pipeline lead notifications, it will now prioritize sending emails to the listing yard's designated email address first, if available, before defaulting to the My Company email.
Default Sort Applied To In-App Notification Area - SPW-9496
A default sort order has been applied to the notifications pop-up in AutoPlay, organizing notifications by created date in ascending order, from newest to oldest.
Autocheck VIR Vehicle Look Ups (NZ) - SPW-9467
A new Vehicle VIR lookup service has been introduced for NZ customers. If you would like access to this service, please contact your account manager.
TSS Phone Integration (AUS) - SPW-9589
AutoPlay has now integrated with the TSS Phone Lead platform, allowing customer call information to be imported so that leads can be further managed within the AutoPlay Sales Pipeline.
