AutoPlay has enabled a new feature from Analytics Reporting that allows a user to download either a .jpeg image or a .pdf file of the dashboard they are viewing.

Automatic Lead Campaign Activation (SPW-8415)
AutoPlay has now added the ability to have a campaign automatically activated and/or expire within a specified time frame allowing for dealerships or groups to be able to set time sensitive campaigns in advance and not need to set reminders to turn them on or off. Yard Lists Display Parent Accounts (SPW-6358)
Now if a dealership belongs to Dealer Groups that have shared yard functionality (Brochureware Yards), the yard lists are now separated into which Account or group that they belong to for easier classification
Appraisal Approval Email Templates Are Now Able To Be Customised And Saved At A Dealership Level (SPW-8248)
The email template for an approved appraisal can now be customized, allowing for personalization such as including the client's name or trade-in offer amount.
Wildjar Car Sales Match Now Retains All VMS IDs On Both Retained Lead (LAPI-764)
When a Carsales Lead and a matching Wildjar lead are matched and merged, the VMS IDs (the vendor specific IDs) are now retained from both systems on the remaining lead. This will prevent duplicate leads being created when an update comes through, and a VMS ID is not found.
Prospect Dashboard Now Has Preset Filter Options (SPW-8231)
Building on the existing functionality from the Lead and Listings dashboards, the Prospect dashboard now has the controls to save your custom dashboard filters for easy navigation between sets of data
Dashboard Calendar Can Display Specific Calendar Types Only (SPW-8409)
Many dealership users work heavily from the Dashboard Calendar to check availability and set appointments, this could previously get quite busy as all lead events were being displayed on each day, especially if the user is a Lead Manager and is able to see other users events and leads. We have now enabled for only specific Events (Lead Log Types) to display on this calendar so that only the most important appointments or a specific set of appointments are visible. Read more

Redbook Lookup Using VIN (SPW-8216)
In scenarios where a vehicle is unregistered but the VIN is known, the Redbook data service now accepts VIN and State as the basis for the lookup.
A new widget has been created that shows a summary count of all communications within the dealerships specified time frame. This count is based on the communications 'send' timestamp as opposed to when the leads were created. There are two options here to display data, a summary widget (top) and also a more in depth data table (below) that is able to display each activity.
