Automatic Lead Campaign Activation

AutoPlay has now added the ability to have a campaign automatically applied and expire within a specified time frame. The new functionality builds on the existing structure for editing and creating lead campaigns (as a dealership user you will need to be a manager within the Lead Manager Admin Role - please contact AutoPlay support if you require access to Lead Campaigns)

Settings > Sales Pipeline Settings >  Lead Campaigns 



The screenshot above illustrates the new fields that will allow for the campaign to have an active time frame set against it. 

Steps and Rules
  1. The Active check box must be selected for this campaign to be both visible and for the date range(s) to be applied
  2. A campaign record can have Active From, Active To, Both or None with values entered
    1. If no values are entered the campaign is active indefinitely
    2. If an Active From date is the only setting entered, then the campaign will be available for selection from this specified date and time and not expire
    3. If an Active To date is the only setting entered, then the campaign will be available for selection immediately from creation but become unavailable once the Active To date has passed
    4. If both Active From and Active To have values entered, then the campaign will be available starting from Active From and ending at Active To
    5. Please Ensure that the Active Checkbox is selected
