Updates to Lead Match and Merge Settings (SPW-10168)

Significant updates have been made to provide more configuration options for setting rules on how electronic leads are matched to existing leads within AutoPlay. These changes include relocating the feature from its original location in My Company to a dedicated menu item within Company Settings. Leads can now be matched based on specific sources or campaigns, and a new testing tool has been introduced. Read More HERE




Secondary Manager Lead Management Allocation Option (SPW-9718)

Just as lead allocation rotation skips a user marked as on holiday or on an RDO, there is now an option to assign a second manager when only one user is typically allocated the lead. This feature includes all the same notification options.




Listing Campaigns (SPW-9789)

A new option is now available that will enable for listings to be able to be updated in bulk with temporary text and subtitles. Read more HERE




Dashboard Filters To Further Identify Leads With No Next Action (SPW-10082)

A new filter on the lead dashboard allows for leads to be further refined or identified by their next actions, this will show actions that are upcoming, overdue or leads with no next action




Updates to Appraisals (SPW-10203) - NZ

Several new updates have been made to the appraisal forms for New Zealand customers, these include new checks for Warrant of Fitness issue date, and Paid RUC mileage where they can be set to display a warning if the values are within a specified range





Custom Closed Lost Reasons (SPW-10163)

Dealerships and Dealer Groups can now create customized Close Lost reasons. These reasons can also be marked as "Not for Reporting" if needed.




New Lead Management Record Type (SPW-9926)

A new Lead Management allocation type for Prospects has been created, this is largely to support the new automations that allow for prospects to be created to a different dealership account within AutoPlay for central remarketing




Calendar Events Defaulted to Next Day (SPW-9866)

A new account wide option will allow for Calendar Events to be defaulted to the next day



Account Listing Character Limit (SPW-9790)

A new option that can  limit the Listing comments character limit across the whole account



Automations

Create Prospect Via Rotation (SPW-10434)

And also similarly Create Prospect In Another Account Via Rotation (SPW-10436), this will now allow for a Type = Prospect rotation to be picked up from the target accounts Lead Management settings so that when new prospects are created they can be allocated via the rotation method.



Primary Listing Updated (SPW-10195)

This new automation trigger will target when a leads primary listing is either updated or deleted
