Fleet Module Leads

AutoPlay has now created a new method for dealerships to be able to work their Fleet leads through the AutoPlay Sales Pipeline. A new Lead Sale Type has been created with Fleet leads being labeled"Business" leads and the existing Sales Pipeline leads as "Private Leads". 



The difference between the two types is that a Business Lead is able to have multiple listings assigned to it which is then also reflected in the Analytics reporting. Listings are also able to have a unique identifier placed against them (This field can be made mandatory if required) so that specific vehicles can be assigned.

Business leads are also displayed differently on the lead dashboard with a unique icon in place of the primary listings image, and a summary of the vehicles substituted to where a primary listings information would be shown.

New Analytics Widgets

Several new Analytics Widgets have been added that give further insights at a glance to their dealerships behaviour.

Lead Distribution Chart


This chart will break down the network leads within the specified time period by AutoPlay account.

Calendar Event Chart


The calendar event chart shows a breakdown of scheduled appointments, with overdue,  completed and no shows events at a glance.
