This months Highlights include several updates from the previous 3 months releases.

Drivers License Data Automatic Deletion Time Frame (SPW-5600)



To help dealerships comply with their internal and OEM Privacy Policy obligations, AutoPlay has also enabled an automatic deletion option for a Customers Drivers License data that is separate to the Drivers License Image.

Test Drive and Loan Car Mandatory Fields Options Expanded (SPW-5602)



The Configurable fields that can be made Mandatory when creating a Test Drive or Loan Car ford have now been expanded to include Drivers License Number, Odometer Out/In (on completion), Fuel Out/In (on completion), address and Date of Birth. These are set from the Mandatory Fields section within My Company.

Attachments Can Be Saved To Leads (SPW-746)



AutoPlay has enhanced the ability to add an attachment to a lead by being able to send the customer an Email or SMS with a link that will allow them to upload the attachment directly themselves. This function can be found from within the communication menu at the top of the lead.
