Calendar Event Listing Availability

For dealerships that are utilizing the Calendar Invitation for Test Drive bookings, the available time slots will now also be respectful of the primary listings availability. In the Web form creation screen, there is a new check box to check to see if there are any other appointments for 'Booked Test Drive' or 'Visit Outbound' when displaying the available times in the calendar.



Calendar Invitation Time Off Set For First Available Appointment

A time offset is now able to be set on the web form creation screen that will allow for the minimum amount of hours BEFORE a customer can book in for the first available time slot. This is to ensure that invitations allow for the dealership to be ready for the client and avoid same-day appointments being booked unexpectedly.



Calendar Invitation Time Options Defined by User

Users are now able to define specific times that they are available for appointments on any given day of the week.



Daily Performance Activity By Day Analytics Widgets

In addition to the existing Daily Activity Performance charts that plot incremental updates, a new version has now been created that will chart the daily totals for each of the KPIs. These have been applied to the AutoPlay default Daily Activity dashboard, and are available to add to custom dashboards under the widget name of Daily Activity Performance By Day title.



Automation: Calendar Event Invitations to Sales People

AutoPlay has created a new communication option specifically for Calendar Event automation triggers that will send an ICS file to the relevant dealership user to invite them to add the appointment to their personal calendar.
