Capture Wholesaler Quotes Via Web Page (SPW-2404)

When sending Wholesaler Quotes via SMS in the past we have always captured the wholesaler's reply via their entry of an $ value in the body of the SMS.  Whilst an effective way of capturing the wholesalers reply if the wholesaler was sent multiple replies they were faced with no way to specify which trade in they were quoting on - resulting in the chance of an incorrect $ value being assigned to a Appraisal Form.  



In 20.7.1 it is now possible to complete the wholesale quote via a web page.  The web page contains all of the information about the vehicle excluding any reconditioning costs, customer information or dealership valuations.  The wholesaler can enter a $ amount, as well as any valuation notes they wish to append (the notes will be added to a new text field below each quote).





The wholesaler can still submit a wholesale quote via the SMS, but the web page not only means they can view more information about the Appraisal, but it also increases the accuracy of any wholesale quote they submit.

The SMS that is generated when sending a SMS Wholesale request has been updated to provide the unique link and instructions to the wholesaler





Automated On Demand Or Monthly Live Leads

AutoPlay is currently completing internal testing and review on automated Live Leads.  When this is released as part of the AUTOMATION functionality, it will be possible to automate the creation and delivery of Live Leads or Email Campaigns in AutoPlay.  There are two approaches to automating Live Leads or Email Campaigns;
  1. On Demand Live Leads/Email Campaigns - Emails are triggered on an on demand basis to individual leads as they meet the criteria to send
  2. Monthly Live Leads/Email Campaigns - Emails are set to run at a regularly scheduled date/time and are sent as a campaign to multiple lead recipients

  1. Fixed Check FTP function on Secure FTP imports allowing detection of new files

  5. Compliance work required to allow AutoPlayAuto.com to work on AutoPlay Managed Service iPads (SPW-3577)
  6. Fixed an issue with Listing Imports screen when selecting/un-selecting yards not saving correctly (SPW-3695)
  7. Fixed error with Automated Scheduled Reports screen falsely reporting that reports were not generated and sent (SPW-3683)
  8. Fixed issues with Sold flag not being wiped correctly when closing and reopening leads (SPW-3682)
  9. Fixed issue with electronic leads allowing Source or Campaign to be edited even when client has 'Do not allow Source & Campaign modification on electronic leads' check box was ticked in My Company - excluding blank fields (SPW-3799)
  10. Fixed error with Australian timezone showing incorrectly on Next Action column in Dashboard screen (SPW-3676) and within the History and Audit when using click to call function (SPW-3807)

  12. Added warnings to old Silverlight & iOS Apps to notify users of retirement of these products (SPW-3789)
  13. Fixed bug with In Market Leads causing the wrong In Market matches to appear on the email when compared to within AutoPlayAuto.com (SPW-3804)
