How To Create A Live Leads Email

1. Navigate to the LHS menu and expand the Communications section and select Email Campaigns.
2. From the Grey Action Menu click the + icon and the New Campaign screen will display.



3. Add Listings to your Live Leads by selecting the 'Add'' button in the Listings section and the 'Search Listings' pop-up will display
  1. You will have the option to filter your selection by 'Yard' and whether a video is available for the listings.
  2. A minimum of three listings is required to send your Live Lead Email
  3. Should you choose to use listings where a video is not available, then on send of your campaign you will be advised that you can schedule your videos to be built.  You will be notified when the videos are complete and you will then be able to send your campaign. 


4. Complete the Details section 
  1. Select your Template - to ensure this is sent as a Live Lead Email select a Live Lead Template
  2. If a Live Lead template is chosen this will display the 'Follow Up Settings' field.  You can choose to either 'Manual Follow Up' or select a follow-up setting that will be automatically applied according to the settings you have chosen.  See How To Follow Up With Live Leads Recipients
  3. The Email From field will default to the logged in user but this can be changed to those users who are setup with the Email Campaign role management settings.
  4. The Email To Field will give you the option to either select an existing group or Build Custom Contact Lists
  5. Subject is a Mandatory field
  6. When populating the 'Message' field you have the option of adding 'Standard Text', on click the Standard Text pop-up will display all your available options.

5. Add/Edit Attachments
  1. You have the option of adding .jpeg, .png and .pdf files, by clicking the 'Upload' icon which will bring up your 'File Finder' where you choose which file s to upload.  Or you can drag and drop the files.
  2. Where multiple attachments are added you can single select, multi-select or select all and delete them by clicking on the rubbish bin. 


6. Save, Send and Other Options
  1. At this point you can now click Save.
  2. The 'Preview Option' will now display at the bottom right of the screen
    1. You can also navigate to the Grey Action bar and from the More menu you can choose to;
    2. Send 'Test Email' which will send an email to the logged in user.
    3. Download Attachments
    4. Delete the Live Lead Email
    5. View the Audit (where user has the View Audit role enabled.
