How To Create A eDM?

1. From the Email Campaign List Screen click the + icon in the Grey Action menu and the New Email Campaign Screen will display




2. Add Listings to Your Campaign by selecting the Add button in the Listings Section. 
  1. You will have the option to filter your selection by Yard, and whether a video is available for the listing.  
  2. A minimum of three listings is required to send your Email Campaign
  3.  Should you choose to use listings where a Video is not available, then on send of your campaign you will be advised that you can schedule your videos to be built and you will be advised when these are complete and you can then send your campaign. 


3. Complete the Details Section 
  1. Select Your Template - to ensure this is sent as an Email Campaign ensure you select an Email Campaign template.
  2. The Email From field will default to the logged in user but this can be changed to those Users who are setup with the Email Campaign role management settings. 
  3. The Email To field will give you the option to either select an existing Group or Build a Custom Contact List
  4. Subject is a Mandatory Field
  5. When populating the Message field you have the option of adding Standard Text, click the Standard Text option and this will display the Standard Text pop-up displaying all your available Standard Text options. On making your selection, the Standard Text will be entered in to the message box. 


4. Add/Edit Attachments
  1. You have the option of adding jpeg, png and pdf files, by clicking the upload icon which will bring up your File Finder or by dragging and dropping files.  Where multiple attachments are added you can single select, multi-select, or select all and delete them by clicking on the rubbish bin.


5. Save, Send and Other Options 
  1. At this point you can click Save. 
  2. The Preview Option will now display at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. You can also navigate to the Grey Action Menu, and from the More menu you can choose to;
    1. Send Test Email which will send an email to the Logged In User
    2. Download Attachments
    3. Delete the Campaign
    4. View the Audit (where User has the View Audit role enabled)
