Merge Leads - New Field to hold Merged Lead ID

Internal Ref: SPW-2736

When two leads are merged, one lead is 'kept' and remains 'Open', the other Lead ls placed in 'Closed Lost'.  On the 'Closed Lost' lead a new field has been added to the Lead Details section called 'Merged To'.  This will reference to the Lead that has been kept and is in an 'Open' state.

The screenshot below shows an excerpt from lead ID 4869521 that was closed and merged with lead ID 4702046.

Contact Record - VMS_ID / DMS_ID

Internal Ref: SPW-3304

Where a VMS/DMS_ID exists for a Contact this will now display in the 'Contact' record. 





Automation - Email/SMS Failed to Send

A new Automation setting has been created to manage sending alerts/notifications when an SMS or Email fails to send.

Automation - Lead Progress Not Updated and Lead Not Updated 

Internal Ref: SPW-2994

These Automation settings are designed for leads that are sitting in the same 'Progress' state for 'x' period of time or have not been updated for 'x' period of time.  A notification can be sent to alert the defined user.

Automation - Reminders of Calendar Appointments

A new Automation setting has been created to manage sending alerts/notifications for Calendar Events.  More details can be found on each of the following support Guides



Setting to Allow New Lead and Lead Allocation Alerts to Hide Customer Details

Internal Ref: SPW-3066

The My Company screen includes two new options in the 'Email Preferences' section
  1. Hide Customer Contact Details on New Lead Alert
  2. Hide Customer Contact Details on New Lead Allocation
When these options are ticked on New Lead and Allocation Alerts the following customer details will not display; 
  1. Customer Mobile
  2. Customer Phone
  3. Customer Email




Additional Options on the Listing Screen (NZ Dealers Only)

Three additional checkboxes have been added to the General section of the Listing Screen for
  1. AA
  2. MTA
  3. VTNZ





Mercedes Listings

Internal Ref: SPW-3260 

For Listings where the  Make is Mercedes there will be 2 extra check boxes available. These will display in the General Section of the Listing form, under Options. 





Autoplay Academy

Internal Ref: SPW-3115

The My User screen now includes an option to store whether the User has completed the 'Autoplay Academy'.  This is visible to Dealers but only editable by Autoplay staff.

In addition there is an option to 'Send Welcome Email' which is visible for Autoplay users only. 





Write Up Form - Update Progress State

Internal Ref: SPW-3184

When a Write Up form is added to a Lead, the progress state will be automatically updated to 'Present Deal'.  This can be over-ridden by unticking the 'Update Lead Progress' tick box in the Notes section of the Write Up Form.





Lead Management Records

Internal Ref: SPW-2619

To ensure Lead Management settings are kept consistent with active Users and Yards, a change has been made to ensure that when a User status is changed to DELETED or NO ACCESS or a Yard is DELETED a notification will display to show that a Lead Management record exists.

If you continue to action the Delete, then the Lead Management setting is automatically updated to remove the Yard or User setting.  This will show in the Audit history of the Lead Management.  We encourage everyone to update the record prior to actioning the delete.



Test Drive Kiosk

Internal Reference SPW-3344

The Customer Search function in Kiosk Mode has the option of allowing a  'Customer Search with PIN'. 

When this option is ON:
  1. When the "Lookup" button is clicked or when the Test Drive is saved a PIN needs to be entered to complete the search.

When the option is OFF:
  1. The Lookup option does not display but on SAVE  a search is done automatically on the Drivers Licence and Mobile Number. If a match is found on either the Drivers Licence number or the mobile number then the existing Customer Record is used. This will be used without any prompting to the user.
  2. Any existing Customer Record fields that are different to the Test Drive will be overwritten, with the exception of blank Test Drive fields, these will NOT overwrite existing Customer Record fields.

Group Offer Appraisal Notifications

When a Group Offer Appraisal is made a notification is sent.  A change has been made to allow the appraisal to be clicked through from the notification.

Assorted Bugs and Fixes

  1. SPW-3166 The Lead Source Report was exporting slower than the actual running of the Report. The export function has been optimised.
  2. SPW-3250 Microsoft Surface Devices were experiencing a 'black screen' when trying to take a Driver's Licence image from the Test Drive screen, this has now been resolved. 
  3. SPW-3257 When an Autoplay User impersonates a Dealer account and sets the account to Closed the Role Management screen was defaulting to show roles for 'All Dealers'.  This has been modified to always show the Roles that the Autoplay usr is impersonating. 
  4. SPW-3277 A bug with adding multiple appraisals to a Write Up Form has been fixed. 
  5. SPW-3156 When building Live Leads, the Variant and Fuel Type fields have now been included. 
  6. SPW-3303 Fleet Quote is an additional option from the 'Listing' screen. 
  7. SPW-3282 Close Lost Permission Role not sending notifications due to the Yard setting has been resolved.
  8. SPW-3117  When importing a Contact Group, the log file was only showing a confirmation message.  This has been changed to show actual results including invalid emails, opt outs etc.
  9. SPW-3160 The 'Location' field has been added as an additional column in the 'My Users' list screen. 
  10. SPW-3038 The 'Lead Export' screen under Client Admin, was showing the Last Export date/time as +13 hours.   The Lead Manager code has been modified to show the correct date for the timezone.
  11. SPW-2656 When a Customer Match is made when creating a lead, the ability to change Country has been enabled. 
  12. SPW-2473 Test Drive list screen has been updated to use the Report Manager rather than the database excel/pdf render function.
