SPW-2226 - Appraisal List Screen Filters have a 'Sticky' Function 


When setting  your filters on the Vehicle Appraisal List screen, the filter setting will be retained on your browser and PC.   The setting will not be specific to your login, so if you change device, browser or PC then the default settings will apply.  A Tool Tip has been introduced.




SPW - 2781 Mandatory Options for the Appraisal Form


In the 'My Company' screen, users can set Mandatory settings for the Appraisal Form.  The 'Trade In Vehicle Details' section  has been expanded to include Compliance, Rego Expires, Service Due and Build Date. 





SPW - 2902 Create Prospect Available from Address Book


Dealer/Users who have the 'Create Prospects' role have the additional option to Create a Prospect directly from the '+' icon on the Contact record.





SPW - 2901 View Lead Shortcuts


In addition to displaying the number of emails, messages and phone calls received on a lead, these icons have been expanded to allow new emails and sms messages to be created directly from the Icon. 





SPW - 2739  Appraisal Form Change - Australia Only


This has been modified to include the Engine No. in the Specifications section of the Form.  In addition when this information is retrieved from a PPSR lookup it is mapped to this field.

Included in the Vehicle Details will be the Odometer reading. 





SPW - 2340 Automation - Lead Created, Overdue, Stalled and Inactive 

The following Triggers have been added to the Automation settings screen
  1. Lead Created
  2. Overdue Lead
  3. Stalled Lead 
  4. Inactive Lead  - an inactive Lead will meet the following criteria
    1. No lead updated date
    2. No calendar events
    3. No progress updated
    4. No click to call,  SMS or email response
    5. No forms created
    6. Would not qualify as Inactive IF the lead had a future incomplete calendar event scheduled (even if this was not created in the 'inactive period'), or if in a closed won or closed lost state
In addition the following Follow Up Actions have been added;
  1. In App Notification
  2. Email Notification
  3. SMS Notification
  4. Calendar Event
  5. Close Lost
For Email and SMS Notifications the following User Types have been added
  1. Lead Owner
  2. Lead Manager
  3. Specify Users

Brake Points have been added in the Automation pathway.  These are as follows
  1. Customer SMS or Email Reply captured
  2. Customer sent Email Response, SMS or Click to Call
  3. Customer sent Live Leads/eDM
  4. Calendar Event created
  5. Progress Updated
  6. Lead Closed Won/Lost
  7. Lead updated

SPW-2570 Group Account Visibility 


As part of the 'Group Account Visibility' role, Dealers who are part of the Group will now see other dealers listings when creating a Wishlist.  Dealer Name and Dealer Email will display (this is the email address stored in the My Company screen for the Dealer). On click of Contact Dealer a blank email will display with the subject field containing the listing details and the  To field pre-populated. 







SPW-960 Select listing - Highlight Similar Listings 


When a Lead is assigned a Brochureware listing, a 'Similar' button will display giving users the option of  choosing stock from a Dealer account.

The match criteria is as follows:
  1. Same MAKE
  2. Same MODEL
  3. No more than 1 year older or 1 year newer (based on the YEAR field)
  4. No more than $5k less or more expensive in the Price/Special Price field
When a Match is made, Users can opt to replace the Primary Listing with the Dealer Stock.  When the listing is replaced with Dealer Stock the Similar option will no longer display. 





SPW-2843 - EECA Safety and Fuel Start Ratings Service 


ANCAP and USER logos will no longer displayed, and instead the 'ANCAP' or 'UCSR' is now included in the Safety  Rating text. 
 




Assorted Bugs and Fixes

  1. SPW-2965 Lead Import Screen - Yards are now displaying correctly on the List screen and 'Not Allocated' is a selectable Yard option. 
  2. SPW-2903 When users receive a SMS message advising a Lead is allocated this will include a link to the Lead. 
  3. SPW-2942 There are now Playbook Contact Groups available for each of our customer regions.  UK, NZ and Australia Users  are automatically added or removed as required from each Playbook Contact Group. 
  4. SPW-2902 The sort issues on the Listing List screen has been resolved by including the Listing Stock No (which is a unique record) to prevent the same record appearing on more than one page. 
  5. SPW-2562 Motorweb Australia has been modified to include the full vehicle description to the Variant field. 
  6. SPW-2961 UK users will no longer be dependant on the Appraisal role to view Reporting. 
  7. SPW-2946 Appraisal List screen now allows keyword search by Dealer name. 
  8. SPW-2738  Appraisal Images were cropping on Mobile, this has been removed so they will now resize to the height of the carousel.
  9. SPW-2848 Blank Email Appraisal Approval emails have been resolved. 
  10. SPW-2846 Appraisal Rego lookup and Photo Upload speeds have been improved. 
  11. SPW-2970 Group Offer banner for Appraisals are now  showing correctly on mobile devices
  12. SPW-2803 Issues with the link in the Close Lost permission emails have been resolved. 
  13. SPW-2163 the Send Lead SMS and Track Email Conversation roles have been changed to ensure that it only sends to Managers of a role IF the Lead's user is also in that role. 
  14. SPW-23 A User's profile photo is now available to use as a tag when building Email Templates. 
  15. SPW-2664 Address Lookup function for the UK has been improved.
  16. SPW-2963 The Test Drive Kiosk role has a new attribute 'Do Not Send Test Drive Kiosk Email'.  If this is ticked then an email will not be sent.  The In-app notification will still be sent. 
  17. SPW-1918 Zoho Support Articles have now been integrated into the Autoplayauto.com.
