Overview - UK Lead Tracker

For UK Clients there is the option of tracking Leads on a Listing.   These tracked Leads will give an indication at the Listing level any interest that has been expressed on the Vehicle, the Source of that interest and provide the option of capturing age, gender and location of the customer.  To keep things simple no additional  Customer information will be stored, and instead of a list screen for the created records, visibility of the leads is via reporting and summary screens. 

  1. Creating a Tracked Lead from the Listing screen
  2. Creating a Test Drive from the Listing screen
  3. Creating a Lead from the Vehicle Registry screen

UK Lead Tracker will also provide the function to match Leads against any price changes on a Listing.  More information on this can be found in the following Support Guide.

Reporting functionality has been introduced to give Dealers visibility of the tracked Leads and Test Drive against a Listing

Lead and Test Drive Sources are a critical part of this function, so there is an administration screen to manage this data.  This is only available to Autoplay and those users with the correct Role Management (Manage Sources and Campaigns)
