UK - Creating a Tracked Lead from the Listing Screen


From the Listing List screen, click the 'blue +' icon in the Activity column.



  1. The 'New Lead' pop-up will display. 
  2. The Listing is pulled through automatically
  3. The 'Top 5' Sources display, with an option of selecting from the full list of Sources using the 'Other Lead Sources'.  Only 1 Source type can be selected. (On Select of one of the Top Sources this will populate the 'Other Lead Sources' field.)  (See Setting Up Sources for UK Lead Trackerfor more information) 
  4. Post Code, DOB and Gender can be populated. 
  5. With the exception of the User field which is pre-populated with the Logged in user, no other fields are mandatory. 


On click of 'Save' the pop-up window closes and the number of Leads in the Activity column will update.
