Role Management - Vehicle Appraisal Manager Approval

The 'Vehicle Appraisal Manager Approval' role activates the Manager Approved Field within Appraisal Screen
1. Vehicle Appraisal Manager Approval Role is yard based 
2. Creating a role that is blank makes the Manager Approval field visible but greyed out
3.  If a name is added to the list then they can see the field but not tick it
4.  If ticked as Manager they can tick appraisal approved when either creating the record or editing it

The 'Vehicle Appraisal Manager Approval' role also affects the Appraisals Menu Item
1. If ticked as Manager can also see menu item summary Vehicle Appraisals.
2. The Manager in this role will only see the users Appraisals that are in the role with them
3.  Non manager in the role cannot see it at all.
4.  A notification and an email will be sent to all Manager users within this role.

With the release of 25.4.1, there is a new workflow that is supported when an account uses this role. By enabling the new role attribute "Manual Approval Requests", appraisals will no longer be automatically send to the managers within the role, instead this process will need to be manually triggered by a user from the 3 dot menu.

This allows for appraisals to be created and edited and not sent until all the required information has been added.
