In Market Leads - Now Include Appraisals


On  June 1 2020, in Market Leads was expanded to allow Appraisals to also be matched, enabling Dealers to match potential buyers not just with the Listings that they have available but also the Appraisals. 

On the In Market Lead Dashboard there is an additional 'Listing Change' type for 'Appraisal' 

 
On opening records with an Appraisal type match you have the option to 
  1. Ignore
  2. Schedule a Follow Up or View Lead
  3. Make contact with the Salesperson of the Appraisal by either Email or SMS



Communication example sent to the Salesperson of the Appraisal.
