In Market Leads matching criteria can be set at the Dealership account level, or by individual users.  Watch the short video below to find out more.

1.  For your Dealership
The Dealership can also choose to customise the criteria that determines the matching via SETTINGS>SALES PIPELINE SETTINGS>IN MARKET SETTINGS.  The settings selected here will become the default for every user within the account.  The criteria selected in In Market Settings will determine what listings and leads are matched.

The 'Details' section allows you to specify the types of Listings and Leads that you want to match against.
  1. Listing Date Range - Select which listings you want to appear in the In Market Leads screen.  Select from Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days options.  Selecting Last 7 Days will result in the In Market Leads screen only showing matches against listings that we created, or price dropped in the last 7 days.
  2. Listing Type - Select whether you want to match against New Listings, Price Decrease or Appraisal or all types.
  3. Listing Status - Select whether you want to match against Current or Pending Listings
  4. Lead Date Range - Select the age of leads you want to match against.  Select from Leads created in the Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days or Last 90 Days

  6. Lead Interest - Select whether you want to match against Leads of any 'Interest', or those at 'Cold', 'Warm' or 'Hot' only
  7. Create Listing Notifications - Select whether you want to generate an in-app Notification whenever a new In Market Lead is matched.  The setting here will take precedence over the notification setting in the In Market Leads role

Note ticking the Variant, Body Type, Transmission etc will mean that the In Market Leads will only match when there are exact matches for all of the fields ticked.  If you do not want to risk missing out on matching leads it is recommended you select less rigid matching criteria.

2.  For individual Users
It is also possible for individual Users to set their own preferences for In Market Matching.  Users can do this via the PREFERENCES button located on the grey action menu within the IN MARKET LEADS screen.  Any selections made here will become the default for the logged in user and will take priority over the dealership/yard wide settings determined in the IN MARKET SETTINGS screen.

The PREFERENCES screen works exactly the same as the IN MARKET SETTINGS screen - allowing users to set the 'Details' and 'Listing Matching Criteria' as required.
