Lead Progress Unable To Be Manually Updated
Overview
As part of the 25.2.1 sprint, and designed to be used with
Calendar Events To Update Lead Progress, and form creation a new setting has been created that will not allow for a user to manually update the leads progress in the Road to a Sale.
Provisioning
A new dealer attribute has been created "Only Allow Progress Updates Via Events And Actions"
Settings > Company Settings > Dealer Attributes > "Only Allow Progress Updates Via Events And Actions"
When this is checked, calendar events that have a progress set to update a leads progress on completion, and form creation will be the only way to update the lead progress in AutoPlay. Other systems that integrate to AutoPlay will also still be able to update the leads progress.
Forms that update progress:
Test Drive Form --> Test Drive
Appraisal Form --> Trade In Valuation/Appraisal
Write UP Form --> Present Deal
