How To Manage My Own User Details

How To Manage My Own User Details

You can edit your own User Details one of two ways.

1.   Via the 'My Users' screen
2.  Via the 'My Details' screen

You can access the 'My Details' screen in the left hand side navigation menu via Settings>Company Settings>My Details.  You can also access via the User Profile menu located at the top right of the screen as pictured below.  Every user has access to their own 'My Details' screen and can update their own personal details regardless of what roles they have set up against their user account.

The 'My Details' screen functions exactly the same as when navigating to a User via My Users, however it is always locked down to the logged in users details.

The 'My Details' screen includes the exact same sections incl 'Details', 'Roles', 'Account Preferences', 'Sales Pipeline Preferences', 'Email Preferences' and 'Notes' sections.  To find out more about each of these sections check out How To Add A New User In AutoPlayAuto.com.
