How To Manage Campaign Filters

When you send a Live Leads eDM you can build a custom recipient list from your leads - see  MORE.  Once you've entered the criteria for your custom list it can be saved for future use.  Whenever a filter is saved it will be available to manage via the 'Campaign Filters' screen.  You can navigate to this screen if you have the  'Email Campaign'' role.

You can click on an existing Campaign Filter to manage it, or click on the  + icon in the grey action menu to create a new filter to use when building recipient lists.



To create a new filter you need to give it a Name, and complete the following fields;
  1. Type - Lead or Prospect
  2. Source - All  Sources - or single and multi-select options available.
  3. Campaigns - All Campaigns - or single and multi-select options available.
  4. Progress - Any Progress - or single and multi-select options available.
  5. Yard - All available dealer Yards - single or multi-select available.
  6. Closed Reason - All Closed Reasons or specific
  7. Date Range - Pre-defined and custom options
  8. Date Type - Created or Updated
  9. Test Drive - Whether a Test Drive exists on the lead
  10. Appraisal - Whether an Appraisal exists on the lead
  11. Lead Status - Whether a Lead Status
  12. Makes / Models - Add a make and model filter




Once you click 'SAVE' your filter will be available to use the next time you create an eDM/Live Leads and build a custom recipient list.
