Watch the short video below to find out more about how to create and manage your contact database via the 'Address Book' screen in autoplayauto.com
The 'Address Book' contains all of the customers/contacts that exist in AutoPlay. If you have integration, this includes contacts from your DMS or CRM, as well as those first created in AutoPlay (whether captured automatically from a website or manually loaded). The contacts in your 'Address Book' are what appears as "Matching Customers" when loading leads to the Sales Pipeline.
The Address Book screen is visible to users that have the 'Manage Contacts' role in their Role Management Settings.
Users within this role can view contacts and contact groups within the Address Book.
If flagged as Manager, user can add/edit/delete contacts and add/edit contact groups
The 'Manage Contacts' role is not required to automatically search the customer database when loading a new lead/contact
