Buyer Matching With In Market Leads

In Market Leads enables Dealerships and Sales People to automatically match new or price dropped listings and appraisals against previously captured leads - making buyer matching easy.  Watch the short video to find out more about In Market Leads matching.

To access the 'In Market Leads' screen you need to have the In Market Leads role enabled.  Click HERE to find out more about this role.

Vehicle - The Listings returned in the In Market Leads screen matches will be dependent what was set up in your Preferences or In Market Settings - click HERE to find out more about In Market Settings.  Whenever a new listing is added to stock or the price is decreased, and a lead on a similar matching vehicle is detected it will display here.

Type - The Type column shows why the listing has matched - either as a 'New' listing  a 'Price Change' or an Appraisal

Leads - Shows the number of leads that have matched with your listing

Date - Shows the date the match occurred

The screen defaults to the logged in User and their default yard, as well as whatever was set as the matching criteria.  You can modify this by expanding your filter options and using any of the filters below to change your in market matches.

Clicking on a In Market Leads match will give you some details on the match.
  1. Days since listed - This will always be '0' for new listings, but will show the number of days a price dropped listing has been in stock
  1. In Market Leads - The number of In Market Leads on the listing will be shown at the top of the screen (7)
  1. New/Updated Listing Details -  Will show the details of the listing that has prompted the In Market Leads match
  1. Pricing - The price of the Listing will be shown here.  If the match occurred as a result of a 'Price Decrease' this will be reflected in this section.  The price match occurs on the lower of the Price and Special Price.

On the right of the screen will be the previously captured leads that are considered In Market match.  You will only be able to see leads that you have rights to view in the 'Manage Leads' role - including the customers name, the Progress of the lead, whether a Test Drive occurred and the Salesperson who currently owns the lead.

Clicking on the blue + icon on one of your matches will provide several options.

1.  Ignore - You can click 'Ignore' to disregard the match and clear it from your list.  Once you 'Ignore' a lead it will not match against this particular listing again.

2.  View Lead - If you have rights to view the lead you can click on the 'View Lead' button to view the full lead record.

3.  Schedule Follow Up - If your matching Lead is still open and is on the same vehicle you will be able to click on 'Schedule Follow Up'  This will create a Calendar Event on your matching Lead with the type set as 'In Market Lead Opportunity'.  When you view the Lead on the Dashboard you will see the follow-up ready to be actioned.

4.  Add As Primary Listing or Other Listing
If you have matched against a OPEN lead with a similar listing you can 'Add As Primary Listing' or 'Add As Other Listing'.    Clicking on these options will add the listing to your open lead.  This will also create a calendar event on your open lead as a 'Matching In Market Leads Opportunity'.

5.  Create New Lead
If you have matched against a CLOSED lead with a similar listing you can select 'Create New Lead'.  This will create a brand new lead in your Dashboard.

Appraisal Matching

On opening records with an Appraisal type match you have the option to
  1. Ignore
  2. Schedule a Follow Up or View Lead
  3. Make contact with the Salesperson of the Appraisal by either Email or SMS

Communication example sent to the Salesperson of the Appraisal.
