Lead Location (SPW-8176)
The concept of Lead Locations has now been added to accounts that use the Location functionality and allows for leads to be grouped to a 'location' based on either where the user is based, or where the vehicle is based. This is the initial step on having greater reporting options available to individual accounts that utilise multiple sites within a single AutoPlay account, and also for OEM and Group level reporting where a single AutoPlay account needs to be viewed as multiple sites.

HEREMandatory Custom Fields (SPW-8138)
Custom fields are now able to be made mandatory when saving a lead. Leads can still be created both manually and electronically, however, to save an update when a Custom Field is marked as mandatory it will need to have a value added.
Collaborators can be assigned via rotation on Walk In leads (SPW-8407)
Similar to how collaborators can be assigned to a digitally captured lead in a rotation, this can also be applied for manually created leads via automation
Bulk Manage Options on Prospects (SPW-8431)
Similar to the lead dashboard, the Prospect Dashboard has now also gained the ability to have bulk operations applied to records
Lead Label Removal Update (SPW-8498)
A new setting has been enabled with Lead Labels that will disable a user from manually removing it from a lead. The Label can still be removed via the Lead API.
Appraisal Declarations can now be included on the Wholesaler Quote Page (SPW-8485)
Appraisal declarations can now be displayed on the wholesale quote landing page, this is controlled from within each declaration record itself.
Appraisal Declarations can now be addressed in SMS and Email Communications (SPW-8518)
Custom appraisal declarations are now able to be tagged into communications from appraisals. This will allow dealerships to share any custom information requirements that have been gathered on an appraisal directly to a third party
Lead API Secondary Listing SaveLead option (LAPI-782)
The AutoPlay Lead API is now able to save a primary listing and multiple secondary listings within a single call. This has the benefit for when a customer is interested in multiple models or vehicles on a website, the web provider can submit these in a single lead.
