Lead Collaborators (SPW-4575)

AutoPlay has now introduced the concept of being able to associate multiple dealership departments or contacts on a single lead and still allow for the sales person to control the sales process.

The Lead Collaborators will have visibility of these leads on their own lead Dashboard so will have the ability to filter these as required. The Collaborator Types can be configured specifically for any account with the default options able to be made inactive if required

New Ability To Select Multiple Options on a Vehicle Wishlist (SPW-3806)

We have made improvements to the Vehicle Wishlist screen that now enables a user to select multiple options for Make, Model and Body Type. This has been done so multiple forms do not need to be created

Ability to Mention and Notify other users in Calendar Events (SPW-4418)

Building on the existing functionality of being able to mention other account users in the Lead Notes and having an in app notification sent to them, this has been expanded to now also include the Calendar Events Notes screen. When typing, to select another user (must share the same Manage Leads Role), simply type @ and then their name, a drop down will the allow for a user to be selected. When the record is saved, the user will receive an In App notification.



Infringement Look Up Search Option (SPW-4832)

AutoPlay have made it even easier to determine who has a vehicle signed out when there is a parking or traffic infringement. A New menu item has been added for Infringement Date, this will allow the user to enter the date and time of the ticket, and the vehicles that were signed out at that time will be returned in the results.

Ability to Click to View or Download Attachments from the Email Screen (SPW-4942)

New functionality has been added so that when you have uploaded attachments into an email, if you click on the attachment itself it will give you the option to either Preview or download it. The preview option will use the default browser settings to display the file, and downloading it will go directly to your specified downloads folder.

A new setting has been added to the Vehicle Appraisal Approval Manager role so that when a new appraisal is done and the notification email is sent, it can now contain a link to the pdf version of the appraisal. If you would like for this setting to be enabled, please contact AutoPlay support.


New SMS "Stop" opt out to prevent in lead SMS communications (SPW-4971)

Previously when a contact has been opted out from SMS communications this only prevented the Sales Person from contacting the customer with a bulk SMS communication, and still allowed direct SMS from within a lead as this was 'implied consent'. If the Customer replies STOP to an SMS sent from AutoPlay, this will now disable all SMS communications from within AutoPlay.

  7. Mobile Phone Field now appears before Phone Field for Australian Clients - AUS (SPW-4622)
  8. Test Drive and Appraisal Yards now follow the Lead Yard (SPW-4839)
  9. Finance Form is not selectable from the form drop down list on the Lead Dashboard - AUS (SPW-4831)
  10. Stand Alone appraisals able to be allocated between non Manager Users (SPW-4887)
  11. SMS Gateway messages are converted to ASCII before being sent (SPW-5074)
  12. Increased tracking of appraisals created from an existing Vehicle Look Up (SPW-4830)
  13. Enhanced Auditing for Appraisal Solutions appraisal submissions (SPW-4855)
