Users able to be selected multiple times in a Lead Allocation Rotation setting (SPW-4674)

Users are now able to be selected multiple times in a single Lead Allocation Rotation setting to certain users have more leads weighted towards them. There is now a new tick box selection to enable this setting in the Lead Management Screen

Address look up button added to additional screens (SPW-4685)

The Address Look Up ability that is present on the New Lead screen has now also been added to the
  1. Lead Details screen
  2. Edit Test Drive screen
  3. Edit Appraisal screen




Appraisal Email Wholesaler screen has had a drop down for Wholesalers added (SPW-4920)

An extra Dropdown has been added to the Email Wholesaler screen to include a list of individual and groups of wholesalers. This function was changed in the 21.4.1 April Release to now send from the AutoPlay mail servers instead of the users native default email client. This was to prevent various bugs and errors that were causing the email to populate incorrectly or blank. This update to the functionality will more closely align the dealers local email address book when sending the appraisals. To add in a wholesaler to the list, please see instructions here 





Changes to Redbook Look Up - AUS (SPW-4953)

The method that the Redbook Look Up is achieved has had some modifications applied and as a result, several fields are now excluded from the returned data.
  1. Colour
  2. Registration Expiry
  3. Compliance Year and Month
  4. Body Style
  5. Vehicle Type
  6. Engine Number
  7. Registration Status


Automation for Customer Privacy Policy Change

A New automation has been provisioned that can allow for a user to be notified when a Contacts Privacy Policy acceptance changes. This has been created so that a specific person can be notified of the change so that they are able to check any third party system that does not have an integration with AutoPlay for Privacy settings, and changes can be made in a CRM or database if required. If you are interested in having Automations added to your account, please reach out to your account manager for more information.


AutoPlay now has the ability to Opt Out a contact from Phone communications (SPW-4917)

A contact can now be opted out from Phone Communications. Doing this will hide the contacts phone number, with the ability to click to reveal the number. The Click to call functionality will bring up a prompt that the contact has opted out from Phone communications.




Privacy Enhanced Role Updates (SPW-4720, SPW-4914)

The Privacy Enhanced Role has had a number of updates applied to it. Privacy Enhanced has now merged Phone and Mobile options to a single "Call" Channel




When a client has opted out of phone communications, the phone number for this client is now hidden, with the ability to click to reveal the number. 



The Click to call functions will be disabled, and a prompt will advise the user that they are opted out.



There is now also an option to invert the Privacy Enhanced Role logic so that it moves from an Opt In method, to an Opt Out. This allows for a dealership to assume that the contact has opted in from communications unless otherwise stated. When a new communication channel is created, there is an option to Opt In existing contacts in bulk.


Sold Vehicle Status for leads that have been marked as Sold (SPW-4786)

We have added a new ability for dealerships to attach a Sold Vehicle Status to a lead that has reached the Sold Progress Step. These Statuses are
  1. Vehicle In Country
  2. Vehicle In Shipment
  3. New Production Order Required
This is Controlled by a newly created Role and has the ability to be configured to be used with New/Demonstrator and Used vehicles, allow to be made Make specific and the Ability to change the progress step for the options to appear. The above three options are not editable. This is then able to be added to the Lead Audit Report if needed.





Appraisal Form Reconditioning Costs can now be displayed on screen by default, and customised per dealership account (SPW-4636)

AutoPlay has added the ability to have a set of Reconditioning costs automatically displayed on the Appraisal Form that will be able to to selected or ignored by a user. This process was aimed so that a dealership can ensure that specific areas of each Appraised Vehicles are checked on all vehicles. Default Prices are able to be added to these values so that when an item is selected it will automatically populate onto the reconditioning costs. These are all still able to be edited if required.




Privacy Terms and Conditions are archived when a new set is saved to the account (SPW-4770)

AutoPlay now saves and archives each Privacy Policy that has been signed and accepted by a contact when a new version is updated. This will then allow for the exact Terms and Conditions that were signed by a contact to be retrieved if required.




Refresh buttons have been added to the Lead Detail and Contact Screens (SPW-2063)

This is a legacy function that has been brought back in to the Lead and Contact screens. This allows for a user to refresh the lead as if it had just been opened, allowing checks for any updates.





Extra vehicle information added to the listing section in the Lead Detail Screen (SPW-3670)

In the Lead Detail screen when a primary listing is selected on a lead, extra information about that vehicle has been added to the listing box.





Vital Integration Locked Contact Tool Tip (SPW-4933)

To more easily identify a locked contact when an account has the Vital Integration Role enabled, a tool tip has been added to inform a user how they can edit the contacts information if required






Features and Comments sections now have character counts for AutoPlay Data & Webtools Clients (SPW-4798)

The Features and Comments section in the listing details screen now contains a Character count when text is present. This helps so that dealerships do not exceed the maximum character account for their advertising portals.





Phone number Normalisation - AUS (SPW-4810)

AutoPlay now has the ability to attempt to normalise contact mobile numbers when they are retrieved or ingested into AutoPlay on the Lead Manager and Lead API settings. This will have the below configurable settings
  1. Not Active - no mobile number screening
  2. Active with no configurable - all numbers will have the '+' removed
  3. Active with "international" configuration - all numbers will attempt to transform the number to include the  '+ country code'.
    1. example: 0400000000 will become +61400000000
  4. Active with "national" configuration - all numbers will attempt to transform into carrier specific numbers
    1. example: +61400000000 will become 0400000000

Automation Priority Triggers (SPW-3941)

Automation triggers have now had a tiered importance weighting applied to them in the event that there is ever a backlog of processes to complete, the most important and time sensitive triggers will be given priority. The complete list of these can be found here.


Vehicle Exports have an extra filtering option to select New/Demo/Used vehicles

A new vehicle filter has been added so that an export can also have vehicles either included or excluded based on their options of being marked as New, Demo or Used vehicles. This will enable yards to be collated for efficiency in larger accounts, but still allow for the exports to exclude New Vehicles.




DMS Appraisal Integration has ability to only send Appraisals that have been marked as Approved or Traded (SPW-4778)

AutoPlay now has the ability to restrict the Appraisals sent via Lead Integrations to those that have been marked as Approved, Traded or both. 



Lead Dashboard search filter will now find VMS and API Ids (SPW-4739)

Searching for a Third Party VMS or API Id on the Lead Dashboard can now find the specific lead.



Assorted Improvements & Bug Fixes 

  1. Appraisal Forms now show a Third Party Appraisal Reference when created via an integration (SPW-4866)
  2. A Tool Tip has been added to the Lead and Listing Export screens to further explain the Secure FTP options (SPW-4625)
  3. Hide the Auto Complete option for Test Drives for Eagers Automotive NZ (SPW-4775)
  4. AutoPlay has a configurable options for phone number normalisation on lead exports (SPW-4810)
  5. AutoPlay accounts now have access to all vehicle Types (SPW-4804)
  6. Enhanced Auditing abilities added to Appraisals to aid with integrations and support (SPW-4807)
  7. When an AutoPlay account is removed from a Dealer Group, the user is prompted to attend to leads in any brochureware yards that would be removed (SPW4840)
  8. Inter-Account Lead Allocation has user codes refined to relevant Dealer Group users (SPW-4848)
  9. Improved Fuel Saver vehicle Look Up data imports - NZ (SPW-4842)
