AutoPlayAuto.com Release Notes - Version 21.4.1 Released 3rd May, 2021

Call Scripts Functionality (SPW-4809)

AutoPlay has built a new tool to help sales people with phone leads by having the ability to load and record Call Scripts for phone conversations. These can be used for a number of different types of Calls, and have a pre determined set of questions for the user to answer. The Scripts can be provisioned so that answers can be from drop downs, numbers, dates or free text and there is the ability to mark specific questions as mandatory. The Functionality will be controlled via a new Role that will allow certain users to see the Call Script options, and then the individual scripts can be controlled for Make and Yard options. These can also be set so that a Dealer Group can create a single record and have it available for their network so long as the Call Script roll is enabled in the child accounts.

The scripts will be provisioned from a new menu item located in the Sales Pipeline Settings menu and will allow the user to create the questions, answer types and order all in one area.

Once these are provisioned they are then able to be accessed via the call button on the lead detail screen, or from the communication panel.

Once opened the call can be initiated from the Call Script by clicking the Call button, and the answers can be filled in. Once the form is saved it can then be retrieved and edited from the communications panel.

Reporting functionality is also built in for each Call Script, this is done from inside the Dashboard Reporting, where you can Select Call Script. This will allow you to select a Call Script, and a date range (this is based upon updated date). The report will then return an excel .csv with basic lead information, and a column for each of the questions and answers.

If you would like for this functionality to be turned on for your account, please talk to your Customer Experience Manager (NZ) or your Dealer Performance Manager (Aus)

Pending and On Hold listings are not automatically picked up in automated exports, displayed on AutoPlay APSR stock pages or picked up in the Data API. This will allow these dealerships the ability to load leads on vehicles and not have them exported, or to hold these vehicles aside until they can be updated to be internet ready. This setting can either be set at a Company/Account level or to individual yards.  If a user chooses to copy an existing listing, the newly created listing will default to the setting at either yard or company level, not the copied listings.
