Adding a Listing to AutoPlayAuto.com is easy. Watch the short video below to find out more.
Once your dealership has signed up for AutoPlay's Data and Web Tool Package, you will be able to manually create a listing as long as you have been granted user permissions in role management.
From the left hand menu options select Listings > Add New Listing
Complete the fields with the relevant information.
Select the yard the listing will be displayed in.
Enter a unique stock number - Please note the AutoPlay platform will not handle duplicate stock numbers and if your listings are exported to TradeMe, duplicate stock numbers could prevent your listings from being advertised.
Once you enter the Reg No and click Add, AutoPlay will create your listing and link to ltsa fuel saver and complete available information.
To add images, go to the View Images section, click on the arrow to expand if required > Edit
Click on the first symbol of a car to take photos of the listing with your devices' camera.
Click on the second symbol of a camera roll to select photos from the Image Bank. Refer to the support document 'How to Add to Image Bank?'
Click on the third symbol to browse your device for existing images to upload.
Once all your images are uploaded > Finish
Go through and complete all other relevant information, including Features and Comments.
Remember to SAVE once you're done.
