Role Management - Role Manager Admin

Role Overview 

Users in this role will have access to the'Role Management' and the 'Role Groups' screens in Company Settings.  This will provide Users with the ability to see what Roles have been assigned to the Dealer.  
  1. On opening the record, you will see what Users have been assigned to the role (including those with the Manager flag).
  2. Where Yard, Notification and Attribute functions are part of the role, these will also display. 
  3. Managers in this role will have the ability to edit roles, and depending on the role settings this can include adding Users, Managers, Yards. attribute settings, and add/delete roles from a Dealer. 
  4. Non-Managers will be able to view the record only. 




Role Manager Admin and User Admin 

Users with the Role Manager Admin  see the Role section on the 'User Admin' screen.  This shows the Roles that the user has been assigned to, including those where they are set to Manager.    



Those Users flagged as 'Manager' will be able to add roles directly from this section, by clicking the 'Add' button in the Section header.
