The Loan Vehicle role activates the ability to load a Loan Vehicle from the Vehicle Registry screen (via the + menu on iPad and the RHS buttons on Desktop).

If the User is added to the list they will be able to see their own Loan Car Forms, whilst if the User is ticked as a Manager they will be able to see all Loan Car Forms completed within the dealership by the Users who share the role.  (Note - the Vehicle Registry also shows Test Drives however this using the normal Lead Role to determine which users Test Drives can be viewed)

The Yard selected in the role determines which Listings they have access to add to the Loan Car Form.
