How To View Previously Created Email Responses

Finding Emails Via The Email Screen
You can view a list of all the emails sent to customers via 'Communications>Email'.  If you are a manager in the Manage Leads role you will see emails created by any users you manage.  If you are not a manager this screen will show only your own emails.



You can search using the Email ID, Salesperson name, Customer name, subject line or Lead ID.  You can also expand the filter options to filter by;
  1. Date Range - Defaults to this month
  2. Users - Defaults to the logged in user




Viewing Emails Via The View Lead Screen
You can view a list of all the emails sent on an Lead in the Communications section.  
  1. Messages that are captured automatically are displayed as incoming emails in the Communications section
  2. Messages that are created but not sent are marked with a pencil as a draft email.  You can open these emails and send when required
  3. Messages that are successfully sent are shown with an outbound icon
