How To Set Up Communication Channels

If you have the Privacy Enhanced role you will be able to set up different Communication Channels to record the topics and methods that your customers are willing to be contacted by the dealership.



If you have the Company Admin role you can create your Communication Channels via Settings>Sales Pipeline Settings>Comm Channels.  There are 3 default channels
  1. Vehicle Sales
  2. Marketing & Promotions
  3. Aftersales and Marketing
You can create up to 10 additional Communication Channels by clicking on the + button located in the grey action menu at the top of the screen.  Give your Communication Channel a Name and click on SAVE to create the record.
