How To Set Customised Mandatory Fields

If you have the Company Admin role you can access Settings>Company Settings>My Company.  This screen includes a section called 'Mandatory Settings'.

Within the 'Mandatory Fields' section you can set Mandatory Fields for;
  1. Customer Details (when loading a new Lead)
  2. Privacy Details (when loading a new Lead)
  3. Customer Contact Details (when loading a new Lead)
  4. Lead Details (when loading a new Lead)
  5. Trade In Specifications (when loading a new Appraisal)
  6. Trade In Valuation (when loading a new Appraisal)
  7. Test Drive Details (when loading a new Test Drive)
  8. Write Up Details (when loading a new Write Up)


Simply tick the fields you wish to make compulsory in each screen and when completing a Lead, Appraisal, Test Drive or Write Up it will be mandatory to complete the respective Mandatory Fields chosen on this screen.
