How To Print Your Write Up Form
Once you have created a Write Up Form you can print it in order to go through your negotiation with the customer.
To Print click on the 'PRINT' icon in the grey action menu.
In order to Print you must choose a Write Up Form template in the 'Form' section of the Write Up Form. This will automatically select whatever Write Up Form you have set as your default. Find out more about Forms

When you Print your Write Up it will automatically append the Write Up Terms & Conditions you have selected. You can get your customers to digitally sign the Terms & Conditions on any device or you can print the form and get them to sign the old fashioned way. If anything is signed or modified on your printed version remember to amend the digital version to ensure it is accurate. You can also email the raw data contained in the Write Up using the email icon in the grey action menu. If you would like to email the nicely formatted PDF to anyone we recommend using the Email Response Tool instead. Click
