How To Download A List Of Your Leads
From time to time you may want to export your leads to Excel - AutoPlayAuto.com allows you to do this.
Next to the search bar you will find a button to 'Show/Hide multi select options' as pictured below. Clicking this button will cause small check boxes to appear on the left hand side next to each of your leads.
In order to select the leads you wish to download you need to tick the leads you wish to download to Excel. You can check each listing individually as you cycle through the pages, or alternatively you can click the 'Select all filtered options' to tick every lead you have currently filtered to. It is important you pay attention to the filters you have selected as this will dictate what leads are exported.
Once you have selected the listings you wish to download, open up the 'MORE' menu in the grey action menu and select the 'Download' option. This will open a new window to preview the Excel file online, and you can download or print from here.
