How To Copy Calendar Events
When you 'Complete' a Calendar Event, or mark it as a 'No Show' it is recommended that you create a new Calendar Event rather than rescheduling an existing event. This will ensure that every action is tracked, and all follow up activity is visible within AutoPlay reporting.
The easiest way to create a new Calendar Event is to copy and modify an existing event. To copy an existing calendar event open the Calendar Event, click on the 'Copy Event' button and 'SAVE'.
If your Calendar Event is marked as 'Complete' or as a 'No Show' these will not be copied across to the new Calendar Event. The new event will be marked as incomplete, but can be changed as required.
The original calendar event will remain on the Lead, with the new, copied Calendar Event visible in the 'Next Action' section.
