How To Add A Privacy Policy

To add a PDF as your Privacy Policy Terms & Conditions go to Settings>Listing Settings>Images and click on the + button to load a new record.



To load a Privacy Policy you must complete the following steps;

  1. Choose the Image Type 'Privacy Policy'.
  2. Choose the Yard you want to assign the Privacy Policy to.  When loading a lead the Yard is determined by the Yard the Listing belongs to, or if no listing is selected, the Default Yard that the user belongs to.
  3. Name your Privacy Policy - we recommend labeling as "Privacy Policy - Yard Name".
  4. Upload your Privacy Policy document from your device. The document can be multiple pages, but must be PDF format.
  5. Click 'SAVE' in the bottom right hand corner to finish creating your Privacy Policy. This document will be displayed when clicking on the 'VIEW & SIGN' button under the 'Privacy Policy' section. See HERE for more details.
