Why is the Write Up Form not visible to me?

Why is the Write Up Form not visible to me?

In some cases Managers have indicated they would like us to hide the Write Up Form from users.  If you cannot see the Write Up this is likely the reason. 

Please discuss with your manager and ask them to submit a Support request if they would like us to activate Write Ups for you.
