When creating a new lead what does the 'Opt In' button do?

The Privacy Policy should be used to disclose to your customers why you are capturing their data, what you are using it for and who it is being shared with.  This can be marked as 'Accepted' if the customer has seen and agreed to the T&C's.  In autoplayauto.com we've also added a 'Opt in' button to also flag a customer as opted out.  This will still allow you to send an individual email to the customer, but will stop the customer from being sent a bulk email such as Live Leads.  In accordance with changing legislation we have plans to continue to refine customer opt out flags in the coming months.
