What is the menu next to my avatar on the top right hand corner of the application?

AutoPlayAuto.com has a profile menu with shortcuts to several screens available to the the logged in user (as well as a 'Log Out' button). 

Most Users will see "My Details", "Open New Tab" and "Log Out".

You can also navigate to all these items via Settings>Company Settings.

In addition the Account Name and ID, and the User Name and ID are located next to the user avatar.
