What If My Video Fails To Build?

There are three scenarios where a video may fail to build.  
  1. The video build rules are checked, and the listing doesn’t meet the criteria. In this case the listing is removed from the build queue and no notification is sent at this stage.
  2. A soft error occurs: Despite the rules having passed, the listing is not found, or there are not enough quality images to continue processing. Currently no notification is sent.
  3. An exception occurs at any point during video processing. Currently this sends a notification to all emails configured for the AutoVideoBuilder as ‘Alerts’.

The email looks roughly as below;
