Overview
AutoPlay has built connectivity into the Total Selling Solutions (TSS) platform that will allow users to be able to accurately log their phone calls and to provide a transcript of the conversations
For this integration, AutoPlay has provided an endpoint to TSS. When a call is completed, TSS will notify AP to the endpoint with the Call ID, AP will then query the TSS API for the call details, this will be saved to a lead.
Provisioning
Role Management - TSS Call Capture
A new role has been created that will enable the functionality on a lead. It is user based.
API Management - Add New API Record
Settings > Company Settings > API Management > +
- API Record Name
- API - Select 'TSS Call Capture'
- API Key. This is provided by TSS
- Identifier. This is the TSS 'Organisation ID', provided by TSS
- Active
- Default Yard
Lead Import - Create Import Record for Calls
System Admin > Imports & Exports > Lead Imports
- Select Client
- Portal - Select TSS
- Frequency
- API - Select 'TSS Call Capture'
Yard API Portal Records
Settings > Company Settings > My Yards > Yard
- Add new record
- Portal : TSS
- Make: n/a
- VMS ID: 'Department ID' Provided by TSS
The final step is to contact TSS -
samh@totalsellingsolutions.com.au - and request he activate the webhook for this dealer. This must be completed for each dealer provisioned. The webhook tells our system a new Call that qualifies has been created and AutoPlay reaches out to the TSS API to retrieve the call details.
Workflow
When the above is provisioned on the account, there will be a new section visible within the Lead Detail page with the call data
