Test Drive Declaration

Overview

Declarations have now been enabled on Test Drive forms, this will allow for custom questions and data to be asked and recorded at the Test Drive stage

Provisioning

To have access to the Test Drive Declarations admin screen, a user will need to be a Lead Manager Admin. These will then be found in the settings menu

Settings > Sales Pipeline Settings > Test Drive Declarations

Workflow

Creating a Declaration

Click the + button on the Test Drive Declaration dashboard



The next screen will present the user with the configurable options for the Declaration



  1. Account that the declaration is set up in
  2. The ability to select a group to apply the declaration to
  3. The wording of the declaration as it will display on the Test Drive Form
  4. The order in which it will display
  5. Select from the available question or data set types to collect
  6. Declaration configurables
    1. Display on Terms and Conditions (Boolean Only) - shows the declaration on the signature screen only
    2. Mandatory - Is the field required
    3. Read Only - Is this field visible but not editable (based on integrations)
    4. Active - is the setting on or off
  7. On Save of the above, yards will also be able to be configured for the setting.

  1. This declaration is greyed out as it is set to only appear on the signature screen
  2. The declarations are displayed in order in their own accordion

Signature Declarations

Now available are signature specific declarations, these are only editable directly from the Signature screen
